Are you passionate about delivering high-quality Mental Health care that truly makes a difference in people's lives? Our dynamic team is seeking Community Mental Health Nurse to contribute to our comprehensive and integrated range of evidence-based services across our multi-disciplinary Limestone Coast Local Health Network Mental Health Service.
The Role
As an RN1, you'll have the opportunity to develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of professional practice. You'll work across community, acute, and rehabilitation service settings, utilising a variety of approaches including preventative, early intervention, therapeutic, and evaluative methods. Your role will involve individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion, and community development initiatives.
Meanwhile, as an RN2 Clinical Nurse, your experience and/or further study will have consolidated your skills to become a competent to proficient practitioner. You'll continue to provide invaluable Mental Health nursing services in diverse health service settings, while also taking on leadership responsibilities. You'll guide and develop less experienced staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
This position is multi-classed as RN/RM1 or RN/RM2C and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience
