Key Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Availability for full-time or part-time employment.
- Genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice standards.
- Administer medications and monitor resident health.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant nursing qualifications and experience in Aged Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of elderly residents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
