About the role:
You’ll be supported by great managers, be part of a strong, innovative team and have the opportunity to grow as you support our patient’s each day. As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery
About you:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Prior experience in a day surgery setting highly regarded
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Brisbane Private is a 181 bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 17 operating theatres conveniently located above the Roma Street Parklands. Specialties include neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal, plastics, urology, ENT, Rehabilitation and general surgery and delivery of Brisbane’s leading private drug and alcohol programs from Damascus Health Services.
Remuneration:
- Registered Nurse – This position will be paid in accordance with the Healthscope QLD Nurses Agreement. Salary range: $36.61 - $46.73 per hour.
