South West Healthcare regional District Nursing services is a proud healthcare resource within the community. Nursing care is available to people of all ages who will benefit from community-based care that will support the individual to receive care and remain independent in their own home or other suitable community location.
This is a fixed term Parental Leave position of (40 hours per fortnight) until August 2024.
What you bring
- The successful applicant will be currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with 5 year post graduate experience.
- Demonstrated high level of clinical and problem-solving skills together with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development will be highly regarded.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with the appropriate classification of District Nurse Level 1 or Level 2.
Salary Range: $87,204.00 - $99,439.60 per annum pro rata
