- Proven experience in emergency department and triage settings, with strong leadership skills as a Nurse In-Charge (RN3 or above).
- Demonstrated expertise in rural and remote healthcare, with advanced life support (ALS) certification.

- Adaptability to diverse healthcare settings and a commitment to professional development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid ALS certification and ongoing professional development in emergency nursing.
