The Registered Nurse Perioperative/Procedural unit will work with members of the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for patients before, during and after surgical procedures.
If you have:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Ability to use problem solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care
- Knowledge and understanding of person centred care, evidence based practice and quality improvement
- Understanding of, and ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse, specifically including compliance with the ACORN, GENCA and ANZCA standards
