Form of workCoastal Health Medical Centres at Toukley & The Entrance require an additional full-time Registered Nurse to join our existing nursing team (working across both sites). We are looking for an individual with a pleasant demeanour and a strong focus on caring for our patients while supporting the Doctors with care plans, health assessments, health checks & wound management.
The successful applicant will join a fun, innovative and integrated healthcare team.
Immediate start available. Above award rates.
Essential criteria:
- Current APHRA registration
- Current CPR certificate
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
Desirable Criteria (but not essential)
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management Plans
- Women's Health
- Previous experience in practice nursing
- Experience in Best Practice Software or similar
About Us
Coastal Health Medical Centre's two practices, located at Toukley and The Entrance, are only 15-20 minutes apart. The practices are owned and run by 2 local GP's who are supported by a team of motivated administration and nursing staff.
