About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our business in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be working within our Finance Division based in our Head Office in East Rockingham. The successful candidate will also have previous experience in a Credit Control position for a National Business, be a team player with outstanding people and leadership skills and great problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer account reconciliations
- Preparation of new credit applications
- Monthly reporting
- Weekly preparation of trial balances
- Finalisation of Month End processes
- Credit reviews of Customer Accounts
- Aligning insurance limits in the system to the insurance company
- Interpretation of legal documents
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations governing the Privacy Act
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel
- Ability to develop and manage staff
- Intermediate Excel skills
- High level of drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to maintain a high performance level under pressure
- Sound reasoning and decision making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Vibrant and positive attitude towards work
