We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a Permanent Full Time basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
-Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
-Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
-Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
-Documentation and accurate record keeping
What we are looking for:
-Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
-2+ years experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
-A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
-Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
-Permanent availability including Night Shifts
