About you:
- Curent AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience within residential aged care (must have)
- Available to work PM shifts with flexibility to work night shifts/morning shifts as needed.
- Genuine compassion and interest in providing elderly care, with a focus on preserving dignity, respecting choices, and promoting independence.
- Preferable experience in dementia care.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in delivering personalised care.
