Form of workSt Catherine’s Wangaratta is a not-for-profit private 74-bed aged care facility with aging in place. We are currently seeking applications for casual and permanent part-time positions for Registered Nurses.
Applicants must be committed to working in a caring team-oriented environment.
- Fixed roster system to enable staff to better plan their personal lives.
- Permanent Night shifts available.
- Salary Packaging Available (total benefit up to $18,550- per year)
Terms and conditions are in accordance with St Catherine’s Hostel Wangaratta Inc. T/A St Catherine’s Hostel ANMF and HSU Enterprise Agreement 2021.
Essential criteria:
- Bachelor of Nursing – with current AHPRA Registration.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Current National Police Check
- Mandated COVID-19 Vaccination for Aged Care
- Able to demonstrate a high standard of resident-centred care
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound practical working knowledge of the AN-ACC and its application.
- Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to act as a positive role model for staff.
