Form of workRegistered Nurse Graduate ProgramBenalla Health’s Graduate Nurse Program is a unique and exciting program designed to expose first year Registered Nurses to a diverse range of clinical experiences.Our Graduate Nurse Program offers a supportive environment to transition from Student Nurse to Registered Nurse. Our Education Team includes dedicated Clinical Support Nurses and Clinical Educators that cover Monday-Friday. This ensures our Graduate Nurses are offered support and hands on assistance on a regular basis. Our Graduate Program includes monthly group debrief sessions and individual debrief sessions as required.From 2024, our Registered Midwifery / Nurse Graduates will be offered a permanent employment contract.This increased contract offer, is aimed to:Decrease Graduate’s anxiety around permanent employmentIncrease Graduate’s skills and knowledge with further rotations in a supported positionIncrease Graduate’s employability with additional rotations and exposure to more DepartmentsAssist Graduates to find their passion and area of interest in NursingAccess to further Professional Development such as ACT Now (Deteriorating and Escalation);…
