In this role, you will directly impact the lives of residents in a relaxed and homely environment, providing care for those with Dementia, Respite and High Care needs.
Duties:
- Deliver person-centred care for residents and make a difference to their quality of life
- Provide high quality clinical care to the residents in line with Aged Care standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate multi-tasking and problem solving skills to resolve any issues relating to the provision of clinical and care service
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- A passion and energy for Aged Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
