We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team servicing older people in the Boonah community.

About the role:
- Promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Guide and support client independence, empowering choices, enhancing overall quality of life.
- Build strong and trusting relationships, with clients, families and across the support team to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of physical, emotional, and social care, tailored to their specific needs.
This is a casual position - 2 days per week . Hours are flexible so could suit someone who wanted to work school hours.
Access to fleet vehicle for client visits.
About you:
Your compassion and commitment to providing respectful and effective care to our older clients will be greatly appreciated.
Current AHPRA registration is required.
