What you'll be doing
- To provide acute/post-acute nursing care to patients/clients (Admitted and Non-admitted) who are eligible as per NSW Health and ISHLD HITH admission policy.
- The decision to admit is a clinical decision as determined by the admitting medical officer.
- To support innovation and hospital avoidance strategies.
- To provide highest quality evidence based clinical care to eligible patients/clients In Their residence, place of work or HITH treatment room as per OH&S screen.

Selection Criteria:
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum of 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, and recent experience in acute/post-acute care.
- Competency/accreditation in IV cannulation, venepuncture and CPR.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, as well as ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced PC skills.
- Current NSW unrestricted drivers licence.
