AddressWe are currently seeking experienced Clinical Nurses with a background in NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and Aged Care to join our dynamic team. This position offers a majority of office-based work with once-a-month training days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise and support in the areas of NDIS and Aged Care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Engage in office-based tasks, documentation, and coordination of care plans
- Bachelor of Nursing (RN) qualification
- Completed Covid Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Possession of a valid NSW Drivers License and preferably own a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Screen Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) - Preferred but not Mandatory
- Active Registration with the relevant nursing board
- Proven experience in Clinical Nursing, with a focus on NDIS and Aged Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
