Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses with experience working in the oil and gas mining sector, preferably in an offshore environment! With new opportunities coming online soon, we are looking for clinicians who can provide high quality emergency medical response and related occupational health services to crew and contractors working on assets off the Victorian coast.
What you can expect:
- To be welcomed and integrated into the client's established Health Team with clear reporting lines and escalation pathways
- To work collaboratively with onsite First Aiders to respond to minor and major injuries, providing advanced life support where required
- To provide primary healthcare from a dedicated medical facility onboard
- To be supported by Aspen Medical's specialist operational and clinical teams
- 12 hour working days on a 2 weeks on/off FIFO roster
- All accommodation and meals provided onboard

What we are looking for:
- Skilled clinicians who are looking for a long-term opportunity
- Strong communicators who can integrate into established teams and processes
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in emergency and primary healthcare
- Recent experience working in the oil and gas industry, ideally in an offshore environment
- Advanced life support skills including intravenous cannulation and LMA airway management
- Certified and confident Drug and Alcohol tester
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current BOSIET/HUET and MSIC desirable
