Lifeview The Willows is located in Wheelers Hill and is a modern, 60 bed aged care residence. The Willows has an enviable reputation of comfort and friendliness and prides itself on providing outstanding customer service and is currently searching for a confident and competent RN that is able to commit to night or afternoon shifts on weekdays
Lifeview Argyle Court is located in the seaside suburb of Chelsea and is a modern, 45 bed aged care residence. Argyle Court has an enviable reputation on providing outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on our friendly team environment, which allows our residents to feel right at home. The shifts that are required to be covered at Argyle Court are Night Shifts.

We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, active Registered Nurse (Resident Wellness Manager), who is able to provide clinical leadership and support to our home in Wheelers Hill and to ensure delivery of person-centred care to the residents. This position is supported by an experienced and supportive Manager.

The successful applicant will be:
- A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
- A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an Aged Care in Australia
- Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, Dementia Care, Palliative Care or Wound Management or relevant discipline would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
- Focused on improving quality of life of our clients
- Understanding of ANACC
- Sound clinical decision-making skills
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a balanced approach
- Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
- Hold a current driver’s license
