Are you looking for a permanent contract with flexibility? Up to 76hrs per fortnight?
We currently have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our newly developed Centralised Staff Pool. The pool will cover current Aged care employees’ planned leave across multiple residential locations including: Inglewood, Onslow Gardens (Subiaco) Redcliffe, The Village (Inglewood) and Birralee (Innaloo).
As part of our Brightwater RAC team you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively promote choice, control and quality of life for our clients.
We currently have permanent contracts on offer up to 76 hours per fortnight based on the minimum requirements to qualify.
To be considered you must be available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week (Monday to Friday) and available for at least 2 shift types (Morning, Afternoon, Nights).
Due to the nature of the position, newly qualified or graduates will not be considered for the pool.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Deliver a strong clinical care service
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
- Evidence of up-to-date influenza vaccination
Responsibilities:
This position forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
