Form of workRosewood Care Group is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses with a desire to deliver high quality care at our West Perth residential care facility.
We have afternoon and night shifts available, due to increased resident occupancy, and we are looking for part time and casual nurses. Whilst previous experience in a similar role is always preferred, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of the organisation
- Provide high level resident focused care
- Provide leadership to Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
- Implement and develop Resident Care Plans
- Liaise with Health Professionals and families
Essential Criteria
- APHRA Registration
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
- Sound Wound Care, Medication Management and experience with Dementia preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, problem solving, teamwork and customer service skills
