- Freshwater Bay Aged Care Home in Mosman Park
- Villa Dalmacia Aged Care Home in Spearwood
- Rockingham Aged Care Home in Rockingham
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, and clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, on-staff. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team, and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
In addition, you will display or hold:
- a tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- minimum two years' experience in similar role
- NDIS Worker Screening (or be willing to obtain);
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (or be willing to obtain); and
- full working rights in Australia.
