About the role
Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care as a fixed-term part time Registered Nurse, to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares. As an RN you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.
We have a maternity leave cover position available for 72 hours per fortnight for night shifts. Contracts will be for a one-year period with possibility of extension or permanency. The home is also recruiting for one casual RN position.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $38.80-$48.88 + 10.5% super + applicable penalties + salary packaging
Skills and experience
Current AHPRA Registration
Have experience in a clinical leadership role
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
You are flexible with your working roster
