About the role
Grafton Base Hospital are seeking a Registered Renal Nurse to coordinate and deliver comprehensive haemodialysis nursing care, supported by competency-based education and training utilising high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses and relevant Policies and Procedures.
