Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
  
• Assess patient health status, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate seamless transitions.
  
• Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and provide emotional support throughout the care journey.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse.
  
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute care or specialized areas.
  
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient- centred approach to care.
  
• Willingness to relocate from USA to Australia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
