- Delivering consistently high standard of clinical care and practices
- Ensuring quality patient-centred services and patient satisfaction is achieved at all times
- maintaining a physically safe and culturally sensitive clinical environment for all patients, their families and staff
- Experience in a similar role within the Perioperative surgical setting
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- An advanced level of professionalism and an innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with health care consumers in a professional and confident manner
