About the Role
The Registered Nurse will be a valued member of the Sub Acute Team and will be required to work within a multidisciplianary team caring for Palliative, AGEM, and rehabilitation patients. The role will require all general nursing duties, with the opportunity to participate in all aspects of a patient focused team.
Employment Type: Two permanent part time positions available - 1 x (FTE 0.6) 24 hours per week and 1 x (FTE 0.4) 16 hours per week
