Telehealth NurseAbout the RoleAs a telehealth nurse you will provide professional and immediate health advice to the community via a dedicated 24/7 service. You will be helping to improve access to healthcare nationwide. You won’t just find colleagues here; you’ll find a team who uplifts and celebrates your success.About YouWe are actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum 3 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) post graduate, acute or primary health clinical experience. We are especially interested in applicants with experience in either emergency, triage, telehealth or first responder care.Successful candidates will demonstrate a keen interest and passion in delivering high quality and efficient assessment, advice, triage and referral assistance within a telehealth setting.You have a professional, patient, and friendly manner and enjoy interacting with patients and assisting with various healthcare needs.You enjoy working independently as well as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering safe, efficient and high-quality care. You take pride in contributing to the delivery of the highest standards of care to patients.You are collaborative with a strong customer service focus, and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly and easily. A quick problem solver, able to ‘think on your feet’ with a strong governance and compliance background.You are respectful and professional, you demonstrate exceptional moral values in everything you do.To be successful in this role, you will have:Bachelor of Nursing or EquivalentMinimum of 3 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) in the healthcare system.Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Recent participation in CPD activities in accordance with AHPRAStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience in inbound and outbound call handling and associated correspondenceNational Police CheckStrong computer and IT competency.
