About the role
The Registered Nurse works with clients to assess, develop, implement, and review care plans that meet clients holistic and changing needs. You will be part of a small team who works with clients to apply your clinical skills to improve the quality of life for clients in their home environment as part of their care team. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable and have excellent clinical and communication skills. Knowledge of HCP, DVA community nursing program and experience with NDIS participants would be desirable.
Duties- Complete Clinical Assessments, Management Plans & Individualised Client Care Plans, DVA and HCP reviews
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
- Implement client care that meets holistic and changing needs
- Ensure clinical pathways and clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Provide education and competency sign offs for Envigor support staff
- Service the Darling Downs area

- AHPRA Registration (no restrictions and unlimited work entitlements)
- 1+ years post graduate experience, preferably in community sector
- National Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Current Yellow Card) - or -
- National Police Check (within the last 3 years)
- Vaccinations - Current Influenza Vaccination, COVID-19 (fully vaccinated)
- Current CPR certificate
- Current QLD Driver’s licence, current insurance and a reliable vehicle
Envigor's systems are fully electronic, as such applicants must be proficient in the use of Information Technology. This is to support maintaining the Electronic Client Health Record and web-based applications to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about clients at the point of care.
