- TACP Moree assists clients with activities of daily living, wound management, assistance with exercise programs and education and support for clients to be able to stay in the home.
- Additional support may include taking clients shopping; transport to and from Doctors or health-related appointments.
- The RN will coordinate care of clients with assistance of an AIN and EN as part of the team.
- Input and assistance is also available from Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services.
