As a Registered Nurse at Urbenville, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures. The Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) model exists in smaller communities and is aimed at integrating a range of health services, including acute care, respite and palliative care, emergency, allied health, primary health and community health, under one management structure.
Also known as the Rainbow Region, this area is blessed with stunning forests and waterfalls, fertile farming land, artistic villages and relaxed seaside communities. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours, or Brisbane in under 3 hours.
If you have AHPRA registration and:
- First Line Emergency Care Course (FLECC) accreditation, or equivalent qualification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months_
- Demonstrated recent experience as a ‘Hospital/Ward in Charge' or similar leadership role
- Recent clinical experience in an acute health care setting and understanding of the aged care setting
- Problem-solving and communication skills, and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care
