Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and perform nursing assessment
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by physicians and healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and electronic health records
Requirements
- Valid RN license and registration
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
