Your new role
- Undertaking holistic care, including emotional.
- Administrating medications and treatments, then monitoring residents.
- Developing a nursing care plan in consultation with a multidisciplinary team and evaluating outcomes.
- Performing wound care.
- Monitoring the residents' condition and assessing
- Undertaking regular professional development, they need to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Participating and contributing to occupational health and safety tasks to ensure the safety of everyone.
- Participating in regular personal and professional development.
What you'll need to succeed
- AHPRA registration with a current practice certificate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for person-centred care delivery and aged care.
