Employment Term: Full-time OR Part-time opportunities available
Location: Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $35.41 - $44.16 p/hr (based upon experience) + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Rural & remote allowance of up to $250 per fortnight in addition to your fortnightly pay (capped at 12 fortnights)
Sign on & retention bonuses of up to $14,500 over 12 months
Relocation assistance of up to $5000 (paid via reimbursement of actual costs incurred)

Your part in our Blue Care team
As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
What makes a difference for us?
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post-registration
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlement
