The opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in providing nursing assessment, coordination, and oversight for Primary Health Care needs of our clients. This is an exciting part-time (0.8FTE) opportunity for a passionate and committed Registered Nurse who wishes to work across sites and join our Windana Youth Community House (WYCH) & SECADA located in Dandenong.
Working across sites and interacting with a wide variety of people means no day will be the same.
What we're looking for:
- Experienced Registered Nurse with over 3 years in the AOD/Mental Health sector.
- Natural ability to work with people with multiple and complex needs.
- Ability to assess level of drug & alcohol dependence and manage clinical manifestations of the withdrawal process.
- Ability to provide a safe, appropriate and responsive quality nursing practice towards ethical goal-directed actions.
