Key Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
• Commitment to ensuring resident needs are always met and to provide client centred care according to individual needs and goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads according to resident needs and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team and manage staff.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements relevant to Aged Care.
• Computer skills with Aged Care software Manad and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working in Aged Care Facility
• Ideally you should have minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care
Must have:
All nursing staff in Residential Aged Care are required to be vaccinated from Covid-19, or meet the criteria for exemption, in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
