Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (ALB) is the non-alcohol division of Asahi Beverages. We are home to some of Australia’s most loved brands including Pepsi Max, Schweppes, Cool Ridge, Gatorade, Solo, Lipton, Strangelove and Allpress coffee to name just a handful. This role reports to the State New Business Manager where you will be playing a crucial role in the continued success of ALB brands in Perth CBD and Northern Metro Suburbs in the Away from Home channel. In this role you will identify and pursue opportunities to create winning Partnerships with customers operating in multiple segments including Takeaway, Restaurant, Café, Sport, Leisure, and Entertainment, with a focus on high volume and multi-site businesses
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic operator with the ability to manage a short, medium and long-term opportunity pipeline through our CRM System (Salesforce).
- Demonstrate exceptional people skills and sales structure where you will truly understand customer needs and leverage this with the ALB portfolio and business objectives to deliver outcomes that benefit ALB, our customers, and our consumers.
- Lead customer tenders and negotiations whilst being an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
About You
- Previous FMCG sales experience with a strong track record of success in negotiation, customer acquisition, and sustainable sales growth
- Experience in selling Beverages and Premium Coffee categories is highly advantageous
- Ability to quickly build trust, rapport and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate self-motivation, resilience and have your finger on the pulse
