This role is open to both Registered and Clinical Psychologists - Salary is up to $130,000 + Bonus + Super - Commensurate with experience level!

As a Psychologist, you will take the lead in your growth and development with opportunities for learning, coaching and mentoring in the mental health space.

Your new role:
- You will work alongside a multidiscipline team, assisting patients navigate mental health during their rehabilitation process.
- You will effectively conduct psychological assessments, mediation, critical incident debriefs and other psychological services that support patients and optimise health.
- You will build trusting relationships with your client and develop a collaborative partnership ensuring the highest quality of mental health rehabilitation support is provided.
- You will assess the potential hurdles that may arise in the return-to-work/ Injury Management process and identify sustainable and safe outcomes for all.
- You will work with clients to diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioural disorders.
- You will deal with external stakeholders inclusive of but not limited to Insurers, Injured Workers and Medical Professionals.
- Cohort of patients you will support include, but not limited to, Workers Insurance, Medicare, NDIS, ADF & DVA, Victims of Crime, private clients, EAP and other employer direct services.
- You will have full autonomy over your schedule, and have the ability to travel to clients, work flexibly from home and office based- No two days are the same!
About you:
- You have a genuine commitment towards continuous improvement of patients!
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology
- You have demonstrated experience in psychology (3 years +) and are able to confidently provide mental health assessments, support others and implement psychology plans to keep staff safe and reduce any potential risks.
- You can provide an analytical approach to situations and offer ongoing support during potentially stressful circumstances.
- You hold a full driver's license
- You hold a Current Police Clearance and WWCC (or a willingness to obtain)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- You have sound communications skills both written and verbal
- Full time is preferable however part time will be considered
