Our client is a leading destination for dental and cosmetic services based in Western Sydney's Norwest region. Their expertise covers a wide range of treatments, and they have multiple sites across NSW. The business is ambitious and growing, with an exciting opportunity to shape the workforce strategy and support this growth. Given the nature of the work in this role, we will be encouraged to be on site. The salary for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 plus super with some flex on salary depending on experience.
Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. You’ll collaborate confidently, influence effectively, and achieve results with employees from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of the business. This role requires a balance of day-to-day operational tasks and strategic thinking.
This is a growing organisation, so it will be a satisfying role to shape the organisation's future through excellent HR strategy. The role will look to expand a team and potentially hire a Talent Acquisition person in the coming months. The company looks after its staff and rewards them for their contribution.Note that this role does not automatically offer working from home, due to the nature of the business being entirely customer-facing.
