About the Role
Working as part of an established team, you will provide a high-level survey service which will include field work and associated reports, sketches and plans, detail, set out, boundary and subdivision surveys, ensuring adherence to NSW legislation, surveying standards, and regulatory requirements. Your duties will include dealing with external consultants and internal stakeholders as well as providing technical support to the department.
Your commencing annual salary will range from $113,346 to $137,070 + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
About You
- Degree in Surveying (or equivalent)
- Registration or nearing registration as a Land Surveyor with the Board of Surveying & Spatial Information NSW which includes annual CPD compliance.
- Current Driver's Licence and Construction Induction Certificate.
- Proven experience in using robotic total station and GNSS with some understanding of TLS.
- Carry out cadastral, topographical and engineering surveys.
- Ability to produce high integrity 3D models suitable for engineering and landscape design.
- Sound written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
