About the role:
An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join Goulburn Valley Health as an Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar is responsible for providing high level patient centred care under the direction of the attending Physician for the day to day patient management. The Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar will contribute to inpatient care and diagnostic cardiology services under the care and direction of the attending Cardiologists to ensure a high quality service. They will take a multidisciplinary, collaborative team approach to optimise support to patients and colleagues, and will undertake administrative and research duties where appropriate.
The successful applicant will have:
- a current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Medical Practitioner with at least three years experience in General Medicine
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate positively with and appropriately with patients and others.
