About the Role
Are you a proactive, self-motivated person? Do you thrive on working with stakeholders to solve problems? We are looking for a dynamic individual who not only understands the value of compliance but also has the ability to raise awareness and influence change.
As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with a variety of departments and organisations that manage the fire alarm system direct brigade alarm (DBA) at their premises to support the DFES false fire alarm reduction process. You will also assist firefighters in addressing non-compliance, as well as coordinating and managing stakeholders to address false alarms.
Negotiation and persuasion skills are essential for success, if you are passionate about making a difference through collaborative problem-solving, negotiation skills, and working with a diverse range of stakeholders within a great team, we want to hear from you!
