A public sector authority dedicated to improving the lives of its community members. They provide innovative services and infrastructure. They are looking for a Rehabilitation Planning Officer to inspect shared paths using AI devices.
Your new role
You will create a report from inspections data which will enable road asset management staff to develop a proactive program of works to address the required maintenance and rehabilitation.
Additional accountabilities:
- Adhere to established methodologies for data collection, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for improving data collection processes, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Operate and improve computer and data acquisition systems independently, ensuring data integrity and security.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid "C" class driver's licence
- White card
- Computer skills and ability to use smart devices
- Understanding of computer systems and ability to operate data storage and data backups
- Working in Proximity to Traffic - Awareness Part 1 and 2, or ability to quickly achieve these
