The Role
Working as part of finance team, the Reinsurance Credit Administrator responsibilities will include proactive management of Statement of Accounts, reinsurance technical accounting entries in Graile system, dealing with credit control related internal and external queries, maintaining a high-volume ledger, aged debtor reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking and receipting
Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations
Collection of outstanding debts
Bank reconciliation and raising credit notes
Resolve both internal and external customer queries
Prepare month end reporting and aged debtor analysis reporting.
The Candidate - Skills, Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years reinsurance or general insurance administration experience. Specific training will be provided
Essential;
Minimum 2-3 years prior insurance administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Good excel and analytical skills
Able to assimilate complex technical issues and make practical recommendations
