  • This role is a Parental Leave Cover for a 12 month period to March 2025
  • Location: Perth
  • Join a high performing Equipment Finance and Third-Party team in a sales and customer relationship focus role!
How will I help?
In this role, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional sales support to EFMs, BDMS, and Brokers. Your responsibilities include the retention and growth of customer value by meeting broker customer needs and inquiries through unparalleled services, while also achieving sales targets and net promoter score objectives.
Collaboration with key internal stakeholders, such as Operations, Credit, Local Business Bankers, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Introducers, is essential to contribute to an outstanding customer experience. You will need to balance service levels, operational effectiveness, and quality and risk exposures. A key aspect of this role involves a passion for customers and a commitment to enhancing their experience by concentrating on improving the drivers of customer satisfaction.

What do I need?
You'll Ideally, have knowledge or experience in Equipment Finance product and procedure/service and demonstrate a dedicated commitment to customer service, coupled with a sense of urgency to support that commitment. You'll showcase a proven track record in achieving sales results and consistently meeting deadlines. You possess strong communication, time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You have effective relationship management skills and demonstrate business and financial acumen.
