We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at our South Granville, NSW Head office.
Responsibilities:
- To expand the current relationship footprint of Sadaqa Welfare Fund by identifying the possible growth opportunities in the community nationally.
- Building on existing and new networks with local community groups, schools, sport clubs, and local Muslim businesses.
- Maintaining and overseeing regular communication with the Muslim community interstate & implementing the community engagement strategy.
- Creating effective communication and strengthening relationships with community stakeholders by building year-round collaborations to benefit different age groups according to the needs and demographics.
- Working closely with the management team, community engagement and events team in implementation of key annual Community Events throughout the year.
- Working as an active ambassador for Sadaqa Welfare Fund representing the brand locally and interstate at events.
- Addressing community needs and strategising solutions for implementation
You Have:
- At-least 3 - 4 years of Industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivating with excellent time management & organisational skills;
- High level of technology competency.
- Ability to assess the appropriate information to provide, and services to refer with little direction.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in South Granville, 2142 NSW.
