About the Position
Traditionally ORIX has offered fleet management and mobility solutions to medium and large enterprises. The Small & Medium Business division was established to offer finance products to the SMB market that no other Fleet Management Organisation offers. The Relationship Partner Specialist position works within the Small & Medium Business division, and works closely with introducing dealerships, finance brokers and industry partners. It's fast paced, exciting and no two days are the same.
Skills We Are Looking For
- Preferred experience in automotive and/ or asset finance
- High level communication skills
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a background in financial solutions, asset finance fleet management or mobility.
- Ability to help Channel Partners conceptualise flexible fleet, transport, and mobility solutions of the future.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealerships, brokers and channel partners whilst providing the best possible end-user customer experience.
What you will be required to do
- Develop foundation plans and messaging to maximise the conversion of end-user customers within strategic Channel Partnerships.
- Develop a working cadence with all stakeholders to ensure consistent visibility and ORIX/partner messaging to Channel Partners and end-user customers.
- Work with cross functional business teams to develop strategic solutions, marketing and education narrative and commercial pricing submissions.
- Work with Asset Risk and Credit Risk teams to ensure new partners and end-user customers satisfy ORIX's financial requirements.
- Work with the SMB Team to develop set-up and on-boarding timelines, marketing and education messaging and collateral, commercial submissions, reporting and presentation of ORIX solutions across the Leasing, Loan and Fleet Solutions, Novated Leasing and ORIX Rental products and services
- Maximise ORIX lease and loan sales within the strategic Channel Partners
- Develop education plans for strategic Channel Partners and their end user customers.
- Provide first call resolution of any enquiry including quotations, vehicle orders and general enquiries.
- Conduct joint sales calls with strategic Channel Partners and their end user customers.
- Represent ORIX in the marketplace with emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professional standing in accordance with the ORIX Code of Conduct.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company approved business policies, procedures, and practices to maintain ORIX professional standards.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with the health and safety, environment, and any other related legislation.
- Maintain ORIX systems with all appropriate customer contacts and other activity information.
