Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager/Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships from submission to settlement while overseeing a small team to ensure they meet their service level agreements (SLAs). This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and flexible work environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships from loan application submission to settlement.
- Supervise a team of four, including a research analyst, two application specialists, and an assistant.
- Conduct daily huddles and ensure team members meet their SLAs.
- Liaise with financial planners, solicitors, and real estate agents to provide timely updates.
- Report on team performance and efficiencies to the Operations Manager.
- Participate in strategic meetings to discuss staff performance and improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least two years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Proven customer service/relationship management experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team leadership qualities, even if not in a formal leadership role previously.
