Ideally you will have past work experience in a B2B sales environment but we value your personal qualities of being self-motivated and driven by achieving positive customer outcomes above anything else. Are you an energetic and bubbly personality who is committed to building great relationships with your customers? Some of your interactions will be in face-to-face meetings but you will be making a high volume of client calls and teams meetings. You will be supporting clients across different industry verticals and geographical locations.

What will you do?
Contact new & existing customers, build & enhance relationships and solution selling to customers (leads provided – this is a professional Relationship Management & Outbound sales role – Not a call center)
Be curious, ask questions and build trust and rapport with your customer base. Truly get an understanding of your customer’s business, their plans & future requirements
Office based / over the phone Relationship Management role
Achieve high standards in customer service including Net Promoter Scores
Drive Sales of mobiles, Mobile Apps & accessories, NBN, Office365 and Security solutions within your SME portfolio of customers.
Leverage your customer relationships to book customer appointments for your Business Technology Advisor to solve business problems & discuss more bespoke solutions.
Achieve 100% compliance on process, CRM use and activity recording
Achieve your sales target and meet key KPI’s
Represent Telstra’s and Company’s brand in a professional manner
Skills and experience required
Great attitude and a desire to learn (growth mindset)
Excellent phone manners and ability to build relationships
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear English required)
Proven experience of solution selling over phone and appointment booking
Proven ability to work as part of a highly performing team
