About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can set up and develop our presence in Tasmania. This person will be required to take a hands-on approach while being supported by our new National Sales Manager. This role would suit someone who has had senior administrative experience with a strong client focus and is looking for a part time role - three days a week - working from home. Experience in allied health/aged care & sales is desirable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide client pricing and packages specific to the needs of TCF clients.
- Identify and maximise upselling opportunities for existing clients.
- Respond to general enquiries and new business leads.
About You:
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong effective client relationships, delivering exceptional Customer Service and resolving client issues.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and commercial acumen is highly desirable.
- Able to interpret client needs, and tailor approach, communication and solutions to suit differing clients and situations.
- Effective influencing, delegation and negotiation skills to resolve client issues/requests, maintain strong relationships with clients whilst adhering to TCF requirements to produce a positive outcome.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), time management, organizational skills and experience managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and guidelines in a changing results-driven environment.
- Good team player and able to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve client centred outcomes.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail, and able to use Mac, Microsoft Packages such as Excel and google suite.
