We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationships Manager to join the Health Partners Team.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager – Private Health Insurance, the Relationships Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders within Health Partners. Through effective collaboration both internally and externally, you will provide an innovative and proactive approach in service delivery to maintain and build on satisfaction and loyalty with existing partnerships, ultimately growing the Health Partners member base.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing external stakeholders.
- Utilising industry knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within existing partnerships.
- Planning, developing and implementing a multi-channelled sales program in line with Health Partner’s strategic goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the alignment of relationship initiatives with other key business strategies and organisational values.
- Regularly communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to provide business updates and channel feedback.
- Preparing and delivering reports, presentations and other relevant material to both internal and external stakeholders.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in relationship management or a related field, reflective of success in fostering and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- An innovative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills proven to enhance effective working relationships.
- Strong collaboration capabilities including the ability to effectively negotiate and determine mutually beneficial outcomes with stakeholders.
- Alignment with Health Partners values and the knowledge and ability to reflect these at public forums including exhibitions.
- The ability to analyse and present on information to stakeholders internally and externally.
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application, be able to provide two recent referees and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
